Property outcome Definitions

Payable:

Client is seen and qualifies

Missed:

The appointment was seen & qualifies, but not moving to the next stage OR the advisor missed the appointment.

DNQ

Client does not qualify after sitting the appointment.

Pending:

Finance check due to additional information gathered during appointment. (Financial breakdown and estimated dates to be supplied in notes.)

1-Legger:

Both parties did not turn up for a couples appointment. (we will rebook)

1-Legger: (Payable)

Advisor chose to proceed with the qualified appointment despite both parties not being present.Both parties did not turn up for a couples appointment. (we will rebook)

Rebook:

Client wants to reschedule, but no date/time has been set. (we will rebook)

Reschedule:

Advisor & Client rescheduled the appointment, please provide the new date and time in the feedback so we can update your records.

No Show:

Client did not respond to calls / texts or emails at appointment time. Please note contact attempts as it helps with rebooking the appointment.
